Brooklyn Flea Design Coop Again!

Due to the great success of last weeks flea, I'll be there again this weekend.
The weather looks very shakey for Saturday so we'll be over in DUMBO on Sunday 11am-6pm.
I'm working hard on getting my tea towels finished which will be available
for the beginning of December but I do have my 2010 Calendar Poster.

New Work

It's been a while since I've posted any new work.
It's because I've been very busy with projects that can't be revealed
yet but I can put this up which is part of a new piece of work I'm developing.
I'm usually such a color freak that it wouldn't occur to me to restrict
myself to black and white but I have to say I love it.

B&W repeat
Steve Harrington

Today I'd like to introduce you to the amazing work of
Steve Harrington
who lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.
Influenced by Time Life encyclopedias from 1965 through 1972, thrift stores
and the '60s psych sounds of The Moody Blues, his art might be termed
"contextual objectivism."

November Giveaway

A few month ago I featured the work of Swiss illustrator
Catell Ronca. She has kindly donated a wonderful little
pull out book measuring 5" x 6" x24". The illustrations
capture life in Peckham, London and having lived in Brixton
for a few years myself where the diversity of cultures is
similar she's done a fantastic job.
You could own this lovely little gem by commenting
below on the most multi cultural part of the world
you've ever visited.
The lucky winner will be picked on November 9th.
