Firstly, just one month late, Happy 2012.
I hope everyone has got off to a productive and enjoyable
year. I've just settled into my year which is building up

so cute!!! Even though I live in the country's coffee capital (or close to it), it's definitely tea for me, with plenty of sugar. My favorite ones are Earl Grey or rosehips (reminds me of growing up in Germany).
ReplyDeleteOh, those are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI rarely drink tea, and never drink coffee. The only teas I really drink are fruit or herbal ones. I have trouble sleeping, so a 'sleepy tea' blend is what I drink most often.
Thanks!
oh i just love the colors! well i don't drink tea and i don't drink straight coffee but i sure love a hazelnut latte on a cold rainy day. happy early valentine's day to you!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love English Breakfast tea with milk and sugar, preferably from a pot. It always makes me think of my grandma. When we stayed at her house as kids, we slept in the guest bed, a double bed with a feather duvet, and she would bring us a cup of tea in the morning.
ReplyDeleteHi Claudia! Beautiful tea towels and thanks for the giveaway! I love coffee and tea, but I'm partial to coffee. I love espresso macchiato, coffee with milk, and when I do drink tea, I love organic black coconut tea from Steap in Philly with some almond milk.
ReplyDeletebeautiful pinks! happy new year! i was born and raised on bewleys black tea with milk and sugar but i've recently started drinking coffee, so that gets its fair share of attention. i do love me some bold roast! thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeletelove the bright pinks in the tea towel! I'm a sucker for Starbucks Christmas blend. I keep a couple bags in the pantry to use on special days thru out the year!
ReplyDeleteCoffee! The "organic love buzz" I get from the park slope food coop--I think distributed/produced by equal exchange. Delish!
ReplyDeleteI drink proper English Tea sent from family in England, because I'm British.
ReplyDeleteHi Claudia... I'm definitely a tea drinker, but love the smell of coffee!
ReplyDeleteI love making coffee in a little pot like that! And then have someone else drink it ;) (I don't really like coffee, but I love pink)
ReplyDeletexoxo
o and my favorite tea is Lady Grey (earl grey w/ a hint of citrus and a tiny bit of milk)
ReplyDeleteHi Claudia good morning! I love to drink coffee - my favorite is something with espresso and caramel. I find that both the infusion of the slightly bitter taste of espresso plus the sweetness of the caramel balances out my taste buds.
ReplyDeleteoooooh, how lovely!!
ReplyDeletei drink both - one 'proper', filtered, caffeinated coffee mid-morning to perk me up, then english tea throughout the day, and a decaf coffee after dinner...
a real creature of habit :)
I love coffee, and just finished a cup of Ethiopian Sidamo, roasted by an actual Ethiopian who runs a shop here in Kansas City! It's the best coffee I've ever had. Such a pretty new design up there!
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteI drink coffee! Black, always. Tea occasionally, but not nearly as often.
Cafe Bustelo, made in an espresso pot on the stove top...with some steamed milk, a little sweetend condensed milk and a tiny bit of brown sugar...cuban style I learned in Miami over 10 years ago...mmm! Love the new towels, ladycakes...xoxom
ReplyDeleteMy sweetie and i have a long-distance relationship, so one of our rituals upon being reunited is to make breakfast beverages. He is a natural-born barrista and he makes ground decaf for me, ground caf for him, and then gallons of green tea (chilled and slightly sweetened) during the day. We are great fans of Harney and Sons tea and of Philz coffee of San Francisco.
ReplyDeletecoffee on the weekends, tea during the work week
ReplyDeleteTea! Just brewed myself a cup.

ReplyDeleteCoffee, please. Every morning Cafe Bustelo! Tea with honey when I need a comfort.
ReplyDeleteI'm a tea girl all the way! I love a good green tea. Specifically I love the japanese brown rice tea from David's Tea. Recently I had to rearrange my kitchen cupboards to make an entire cupboard dedicated to my teas, teapots and teacups. Obsession might be the correct word.
ReplyDeleteCoffee (rainforest blend brewed in a french press) in the morning, and tea (chai or earl gray with milk and honey) in the afternoon. I love the new dish towels!
ReplyDeleteTea. I love Earl Grey or mint. But maybe coffee too...it depends on my mood i guess.
ReplyDeleteTea for me. All kinds.
ReplyDeleteHi Claudia, Another beautiful tea towel design! I am a tea drinker and my favorite tea (sometimes hard to come by) is Chanderanagor, a Mariages Freres tea.

ReplyDeleteCoffee!! I love my Nespresso machine and only ever buy Dulsão do Brasil capsules. If you have a bit of a sweet tooth, Nespresso's description of this coffee will surely be tempting (and you'll know why I love it so much)."With its sweet notes of cereal, malt, honey and maple syrup, Dulsão do Brasil's combination of separately roasted yellow and red Brazilian Bourbon coffees forms a roundness on the palate. These varieties are treated with the semi-dry method so that the pulp from the coffee cherry adds sweetness to the coffee bean. Intensity: 5 "
ReplyDeleteTea! My favourite is peppermint. I could drink it all day long.
ReplyDeleteTea! Green mostly, but I do like a nice chai with honey and soy milk mid-day.
ReplyDeleteBoth! I could drink coffee and tea all day long.
ReplyDeleteA really great cup of coffee in the morning - preferably espresso brewed in a moka maker, topped with hot frothy milk.
Japanese green tea to sip on throughout the day.
Milky afternoon tea hits the spot (especially with a treat).
And a cup of lovely peppermint tea after dinner!
I drink both but probably more coffee than tea because I depend on the caffeine to get me going in the morning. I drink an organic, fair trade tea by a local company, Republica.
ReplyDeleteCoffee brewed with lots of cinnamon! I just can't get enough early in the morning.
ReplyDeleteCoffee, from a drip with condensed milk. Cafe du Monde brand coffee. Lots of ice! (Vietnamese Iced Coffee) or cafe sua da. :)
ReplyDeletetea for sure! chai tea lattes are my favorite
ReplyDeleteI drink tea, and I mostly go for the more interesting blends instead of just black or green. I'm still enjoying some gingerbread spice from Christmas!
ReplyDeleteCOFFEE! My favorite brand is Highlander's Grog. mmmm
ReplyDeleteTea all the way. Uncle Lee's green tea a few times a day is a necessity.
ReplyDeleteCoffee coffee coffee! Drinking some right now. Two years ago, my Momma bought me a French press, and I haven't looked back since then. ;)
ReplyDeleteCoffee! Cafe Bustelo always and forever! Love the towels!
ReplyDeleteTea the british way- server with a spot of milk and sugar :)
ReplyDeleteBoth! Coffee till about 3:00 (usually black, though occasionally I go for soy milk and whatnot.) I like most blends except for "earthy" ones like Sumatra that taste like cigarette butts soaked in water, and I like my coffee roasted dark, like French Roast, and I do enjoy chicory blends like Cafe Du Monde or Community Coffee. I also have a healthy appreciation for hardcore diner coffee. There's something so "true" about it.
ReplyDeleteI drink tea the rest of the day. I love anything floral--lavender, rose petals, violets, etc. and I love black currant teas. I love black teas, white teas, and tisanes, but I'm persnickety about green tea since it taste super nasty if it's blended for more than 30 seconds. I loathe sugar in my tea, hot or cold--it makes it taste like tea-flavored kool-aid which is a gross thing to even think about. Ick! Living in the South, it's a problem. You have to repeatedly explain that no, you don't want sugar and no that doesn't mean you want some creepy chemical sweetner either. Just the tea, please! :)
I am a tea girl with milk and extra sugar!!!! All the way
ReplyDeleteI drink both tea and coffee, however, I take them very differently.
ReplyDeleteCoffee I drink black, even my epresso. Every now and then I have what I call "desert coffee" and I add cream and raw sugar.
My favorite tea is called Cocoa Star and I buy it from a shop called The Hooker Tea Company which is located in St. Petersburg, Florida. I always add cream and agave or sugar to it. It's perfection.
Tea!! I love Moroccan Mint Green Tea!
ReplyDeleteCoffee in the morning, tea in the evening. I'll drink whatever my husband whips up with the espresso machine and my go-to tea is Twinings English Breakfast.
ReplyDeleteLove coffee although the occasional cup of comforting tea does get slipped in. Thank you so much for hosting this giveaway.
ReplyDeleteA cup of chamomile or jasmine tea!
ReplyDeletecoffee!! well- espresso. AMERICANO FOR LIFE! :)
ReplyDeletetea! Yummy mint tea with honey!
ReplyDeleteI am a tea drinker! I love anything mint or ginger flavored.
ReplyDeleteCoffee makes me feel like my heart just might jump out of my chest, so I avoid it. It's one of my favorite scents though.
This is too cute. I love a good mocha frappucino, but that's about as coffee as I get :).
ReplyDeletex Hilary
I love coffee - the best smell is a cup of joe first thing in the morning
ReplyDeleteAlways coffee! I drink turkish coffee, thats what we call our traditional morning coffee here where I live.
ReplyDeletecoffee, once in a while. tea, all the time.
ReplyDeletetea. preferably chai. my peaceful part of the day.
ReplyDeleteLove the pinks and reds. Love the sweet little design. I am a tea drinker preferably chai with a little honey and a splash of milk.
ReplyDeleteI am a coffee girl but lately I have been enjoying Rishi Organic Masala Chai with sugar and little milk. It's heavenly!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the giveaway. The towel is beautiful!
I love both coffee and tea, but if I had to pick, I'd go with tea always! I prefer earl grey with squeezed lemon juice and one teaspoon of brown sugar. However, I also love fruit teas, jasmine, and green teas!
ReplyDeleteTea! I am the only person I know who doesn't like coffee. I like all sorts of teas, but my go-to is earl grey with milk.
ReplyDeleteTea! I love the toasty, nutty taste of genmaicha (brown rice green tea)!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, I love them both! But if I had to choose, I would say tea. Earl grey with a drizzle of honey and splash of fresh lemon juice, nothing better!
ReplyDeleteI am happy to accept any hot mug of tea, even better when its made for you! Love the tea towel design, especially the pink :)
ReplyDeleteNothing better than a cup of english breakfast tea and some home made lemon & blueberry cake! :) Thank you.
ReplyDeleteFreshly ground coffee with just a little bit of milk on mornings that come too soon, and tea on nights I need just a little extra warmth :)
ReplyDeletei love both tea and coffee. in the morning i make myself a latte and then for the rest of the day i like to drink kusmi or yogi teas! this tea towel is very cute by the way!
ReplyDeletei love twining's earl grey tea with a splash of milk... the tea towel is gorgeous--happy valentine's
ReplyDeleteday to you, claudia!
i love tea and coffee both. i make coffee in my chemex every morning. then usually tea in the afternoon/evening. we are liking STASH brand earl grey right now. thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI am a COFFEE person. Taste. Caffeine. The darker the better. I am partial to Peet's coffee when I buy from the grocery store. I did lose my heart to a cup of chocolate coffee I had in a dark alley cafe in Barcelona.
ReplyDeleteA lovely cup of tea for me please... morning, noon and night... english breakfast, chai and rosehip :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous tea towel!
Hallo Claudia!
ReplyDeleteI admire your work for a while now but never left a comment before...
I love both coffe & tea, but my last discovery in the tea department and my favorite at the moment is

ReplyDeleteLoving the beautifully vibrant tea towel...
ReplyDeleteI adore both tea and coffee...but given that I have to choose...I would say tea.
I have a tea cupboard that is overflowing with all varieties and flavors...black, green, herbal...something for every mood and and any time of day!
I am a certified coffee addict with a particular penchant for any Fair Trade Brazaillian blend- with vegan soy creamer!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work :)
Coffee in the morning and herbal tea at night!
ReplyDeleteI love Harney & Son's Chocolate Mint tea. Delish!
